Shipping Policy
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Time: We offer shipping rates and delivery times based on the destination and weight of the package. The shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method chosen by the customer.
- Shipping Carrier: We use reliable and trusted carriers to ship our packages. The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination and weight of the package.
- Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Tracking Information: Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the customer via email. The customer can use this tracking number to track the status of their shipment.
- International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Pakistan.
Return Policy
- Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
